Located at the corner of Lake and Lyndale, moto-i is a modern Japanese restaurant, specializing in delicious ramen. They also brew sake, the traditional alcoholic beverage brewed from fermented rice, right on site. There are vegetarian and vegan options, as well as gluten free choices, so if you have dietary restrictions, there’s still plenty of delicious fare to choose from. Their rooftop dining area is set to open at the beginning of May in 2021 and should provide lovely views of the neighborhood.
